Wordpress 3.5.1 and the gallery page

Hello,

Are there compatibilty issues with the gallery when upgrading to 3.5.1?
The galeries I've created before upgrading work properly when clicking the pictures, while the one I've created after upgrading does not.

I also tried adding a new gallery in a test server and I get the following error message:

unexpected $end in ...\wp-content\themes\bizwaytheme\attachment.php on line 105

This issue is resolved in our current update. Please download theme again from members area.
Follow process given below to create same gallery as shown in theme demo.

Follow instructions shown below.

My problem is that the way the gallery works has changed. Please have look at the following two galleries ( and click at any picture ):
