Since the WordPress version 4.5 comes with few changes in its core files, You either need to downgrade your PHP version to 5.5 or update your MySQL client libraries to the 5.6.x family.

There is nothing to do with our theme.

Your web host should be able to help you with this.

Please check your credentials, It seems you are trying to access yoru WordPress not with the admin credentials.

Use, your admin credentials to access the Dashboard menus.
