Working with qtranslate – links to the specific language page

How can I define a link directly to the specific language page?
When I click on the link, it goes directly to the first language, but I need the link directly to the specific language.

Thank you for the answer, but sorry, that's not the solution I'm looking for.
When I am for example in the english section and click on a link to an english subpage, the link goes directly to the german page which is the language at the first place in the general settings.
I need a link for example with additional language code. Possible?

It is not possible do that with the theme, because whenever the page will refresh the theme will automatically use the default language.
