Would like the blog page to show a thumbnail of the featured image instead of the exact size

On the blog page, where it currently lists the blog posts, I would like for the associated featured image to be a thumbnail instead of the full dimensions of the picture because this causes inconsistency. Can you assist? Thank you.

Notice how the pictures are all different sizes? They are shown according to whatever the size the featured image is. Is there a way to set it so that it shows a thumbnail of the featured image here to make it all look uniform and consistent?
