Hello, When I enter admin username followed by password, the wp admin dashboard does not appear. Instead, the sites dashboard appears which appears for all routine users/subscribers. Hence, I am not able to make any changes or approve any ads from wp admin dashboard. Please help me resolve the issue. Thank you

Hi Thank you for sending us the details. I would like to inform you that administrator role was not assigned to the credentials you provided. It was assigned the subscriber's permission. However, we logged in to your CPANEL and made the required changes. Now you will be able to succesfully log in to your WordPress dashboard. Kindly check and acknowledge us for the same.
