WPML plugin in header?

i need help removing phone and adress from header
and replace them with some WPML plugin code

It is not possible to add plugin shortcode at that place. You can add it to the footer widget area, For this go to the
Appearance > Widgets
Drag text widgets and add plugin shortcode there and drop it in the first widget area, It will automatically display at your footer.
