Xml sitemap not showing

When I click on the xml sitemap link. I get sent to this page:

https://www.upholsterycleaningdoncaster.co.uk/sitemap_index.xml

Can you help me resolve this please.

I'm sorry Akbar, I don't understand what you are trying to explain.

I have about 12 active Appointway sites running. Most are working fine with Yoast installed, and site maps accessible.

Some will not work, with Yoast installed, or not.

I have read here a lot about this. It does not seem to make any sense to people suffering from this.

You say to 'Try to re-create the file'. How?

If had this kind of knowledge, I wouldn't be running wordpress sites. I use this theme because for some years it worked all the time.
