Yikes Problem with Template Header and Feature Punchline

    Hey guy's when I uploaded a template header and save. It won't change see attached.
    Also in the Featured punchline section, I chaanged the text saved and refreshed, it won't change

    Please Advise - I deleted several times and it just won't work. You will see the header image attached and the new text is already in theme options

    Please Advise & Thanks in Advance
