You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page

When I try clicking the link to authorize the app I get the following error:

"You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page."

I have created app and entered details as instructed but still I get this error.

In the redirect URL that is showing the error it shows

"...wp-admin/admin.php?page=digiaffibox?error=invalid_request&error_description=Wrong%20RedirectUri%20provided"

Any advice?
