Hi, With Andrina Pro, users viewing my site on the iphone can zoom in and out using the typical swipe movements (two fingers moving apart zooms in, two fingers moving together zooms out). With Andrina Responsive, this no longer works. It doesn't even work for the live examples that you provide, http://www.inkthemes.com/previews/?demo_id=126, so I know its not something I have done wrong. Is there anyway to make zoom work? I know other websites that are responsive and allow for zoom. For example, look at www.iopsacademy.com. Thanks, Laura www.kineticinquiry.com (live Andrina Pro site) dev.kineticinquiry.com (Andrina Responsive site).
Hello ! Please go to Appearance=>Editor/ Theme Editor=>header.php file and delete below code from there. <meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1.0, maximum-scale=1.0, user-scalable=0" /> This will resolve your issue. Thanks & Regards Pramod Patel
No. When I do that, the website no longer reformats for the phone. I want to have the responsive look. I want the website to reformat itself for the width of the phone (e.g. a drop down with the menu items). What I want in addition is that when I'm on my home page on a phone, I can scroll down and see each feature item, that I can still zoom in to make the feature item ever bigger. Again, you can look at www.iopsacademy.com on a phone to see this behavior. Your help with this will be greatly appreciated! Laura www.kineticinquiry.com (live Andrina Pro site) dev.kineticinquiry.com (Andrina Responsive site).
Dear User, I have just visited your site and found that you have customized and made it un responsive, If you want to get your responsive feature back then, you have to download a fresh copy of latest version of this theme from members area and upload it to your website. This will resolve your issue. Thanks & Regards! Naveen Kolhe InkThemes.com
Which site did you visit? As I have said above, dev.kineticinquiry.com is the responsive site. The site name you need to look at begins with "dev" and not "www". Again, the site is "dev.kineticinquiry.com" that is responsive. I am trying out the new updated theme there. Please look there. More importantly, you will see the same behavior if you go to your own demo site: http://www.inkthemes.com/andrina-theme-previews/ and click on any of the demos. Your help will be most appreciated, Laura

Hi, You don't need access to the back end of my website to investigate this. Simply go to the home page of inktheme's demo site for Andrina theme, e.g. http://www.inkthemes.com/previews/?demo_id=126 http://www.inkthemes.com/previews/?demo_id=127 on an iphone. Please do this on an iphone! Try to zoom into the featured items using the touch screen. If it works, let me know. If it doesn't work, please suggest how you would change the demo sites so that zoom worked on an iphone. I really appreciate your help with this. Thanks, Laura
If you go on your iphone to SmartBooking theme and the live demo of the yoga site and then to the full width page, zoom works! So, I know it can be done. What is the Smartbooking theme doing that Andrina Theme is not? Laura
