Title of Post Showing Twice

How do you get rid of the Title showing twice? It says First Blog Post twice. (see attached image).

It's a plugin issue.
Please deactivate all plugins to see if this resolves the problem? If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

This is a test blog and I don't have many plug ins. I tried to de-activate all of them and the double title is still showing. It seems like it's showing the first title post as a wordpress default (to title the whole blog), and then repeating it for the actual blog title.
