I have tested this at our end and would like to inform you that we didn't get such type of issue...

So firstly you are kindly requested to reinstall a fresh copy of the theme from the members area and check after that...

If still this will not resolve your issue, please do one more try by deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

On Samsung S6 screenshot, a long, no problems, one column (photo 1)

On Iphone a long, one column, no problems

On Samsung S6 screenshot transverse, problems

On Samsung Tab 7.0 a long and transverse big problems (photo 3+4)

Iphone transverse problems.



I use a child theme. With main theme business grow vers. 1.2.4 same problem.

With main theme vers. 1.2.4 with no plugins, same problem.
After reinstalling a fresh copy of the theeme, same problem, with and without plugins.


On which mobile, a long and transverse, did you test the described problems?

 

It is a bug !!!

Same problem. So you must get the same type of issue???

The faces on mobiles are good, but the position of the blogs changed now.

Optional Menu is not shown.

I checked what you did. You installed the new BusinessGrow Pro theme on my side. This theme seems to be a beta Version and is full of bugs. I tested your new theme on pierre.bplaced.net/wordpress/. Same problems as described yet.



Menu is in English. The headings with german words are not accepted. Optional Menu is not shown. Contact Menu is shown, but in theme hided. The menu disappears when you scroll down… etc.

Sorry, I had no other possibility than to restore my side.

As I have checked your site its seems that you are talking about Home menu to translate in German..

So If I am not wrong with your issue, you can follow the Video given below.

For your second issue, i.e. Contact Menu is shown, but in theme hidden.

To resolve this, I have to access your site...

And as I have tried to access your dashboard by your provided credentials earlier, unfortunately, I am unable in that, it seems that you have changed your details..

So please send us your dashboard details so that we can figure out the issue..

For the last issue, i.e. The menu disappears when you scroll down

You can use the code given below in Custom CSS section of your dashboard.

Code:

    top: 30px;
}

Thanks for your help. I installed a fresh businessgrow-pro theme under http://pierre.bplaced.net/wordpress/.
You can access the Dashboard with the provided credentials earlier.
I mean, that the main functions of the theme should not need a code in Custom CSS section. But with your code, the menu does not disappear, when I scroll down

The suitable heading does not work in the businessgrow-pro theme.

Instead it is only possible to Change the Menu Names, as you showed in the video.

The "Add unlimited Service Box" still does not work correct.

The subpage menu does not work correct. No "jump back to main menu" is possible.

I do not know, if there are other bugs. I think, your businessgrow-pro theme is still a beta-theme. Please check your theme and tell me, when the bugs are eliminated.
When you make changes on my site, I never know, what happens, if there is an update of Business grow theme later on. I want to avoid, that after an update all have to be done once again.

I hope you understand my problems?

Solutions are accordingly..

Would you please explain this issue a bit more with some edited screenshot so that I can better assist you..

I have resolved this issue in your site..

So let me tell you that you have to do create a custom link for your subpage as I have mentioned in the video given below..

But I cannot see the contact number. And I do not know if there are other bugs.

When everything works fine on my test-URL, I asked me how to implement the Business Pro-New theme on beta.saarkanzlei.de with the changes you made.
On beta.saarkanzlei.de, I have installed the Business Grow one-page theme and I have an active child theme called "child Business Grow one page" with some changes I made.
With my child theme, I wanted to avoid changes, when there is an update of the Business Grow one-page theme.

Now, I do not know, how to install the Business Pro-New theme with the changes you made on the URL beta.saarkanzlei.de.
I do not have a ZIP-File of Business Pro-New theme with your changes and I do not want to make all changes in my child theme once again.

I hope, that you can understand what I mean.

Your contact issue has been resolved..

Let me tell you, Pierre, I haven't done any customization in source code of theme and while upgrading the theme only source code customization will undo rather than any configuration of your dashboard..

So you can easily upgrade the theme.

Here're the steps of doing so...

Download the BusinessGrow theme by logging in your members account:

http://inkthemes.com/members/member

Next, you have to extract the zip file and rename that folder businessgrow like businessgrow_new,

Again, you would need to create a zip file of that renamed folder (say: businessgrow_new.zip),

Now, upload the theme in your WordPress from Dashboard->Appearance->Themes->Add New,

Then, activate your theme,

This way you can install and activate your updated version in your site, keeping the copy of your older version in your WordPress

But for safety purpose, I would like to suggest you to keep backup of your theme before reinstallation of the theme..
