Problems with Categories on homepage

Not working. It has to be the script. Please rectify. Thanks.

 

For the last 48hrs I have been checking and no answer from support why is this problem being ignored?

Sorry for the inconvenience caused. We were trying our best to rectify your errors but since you have not authorized us to activate or deactivate any of your plugins we are unable to check it in more details. If you wish to get it rectified then I request you to kindly authorize us to the permissions to activate or deactivate the plugins for testing purpose. Unless and until we won't perform the test we won't be able to get the proper results. Hope you will understand the issue and will cooperate with us to make it error free. Also as I said the cropping script is unable to crop the image due to CDN plugin though we know that CDN persons has said that it accepts .gif format but our script doesn't allow that changes to happen. We want your coordination and support as well to rectify it.

 

Go ahead you can deactivate plugins notify me immediately when done. Make sure all issues are dealt with and script is FULLY working properly.

 

Just checked, images NOW loading correctly but NO "Business Listings" showing in WP backend also new listing even when you clear all caches not showing. Just posted NEW LISTING not showing need urgent fix as meeting tomorrow.

Thanks for cooperating and being patient with us. We have fixed your issue. Kindly check. Also while testing your site it seems that the business listing category and the post category name you have created are same, so they were conflicting with each other while selecting the drop-down listing category. So you need to define separate category name for both post categories and business listing categories. As in current scenario, it's not so with business listing. As far as .gif image is concern we have fixed that issue as well. Again, it's really appreciable for showing your patience and cooperation.

 

Have you read any of the above in 48hrs? Website is NOT fixed. Category listings [drop-down] does not work again. Now, I have NO BUSINESS LISTINGS or access to it who moved it? I wrote a new listing........cannot find it as I have no access to it, so had to cancel the meeting because Ink Themes does not give a damn about scripts that do not work. I want to COMPLAIN to your CEO. I need his name and direct email. This is unacceptable and your customer service is nonexistent.

We know that you have gone through a Category listings [drop-down] problem and we have fixed it as well.

This problem encountered because of plugins installed plugins. As some how one or other plugin was conflicting with the script. As if now we again went for another round of testing and have fixed your issue.
